1. Can my collar get wet?

Our beaded collars are crafted with primarily acrylic and resin beads that won’t absorb water or hold onto odors. That means no “wet dog” smell and no soggy collar weighing your pet down. They dry quickly and help your pet’s neck air-dry beautifully after a swim.
From beach days to boat days, your pup can sparkle in and out of the water.

2. How do you wash the collar when it gets dirty?

A little spa moment is all it takes.
Simply use warm water and a small drop of mild dish soap to gently cleanse the beads. Rinse thoroughly and allow the collar to air dry — and just like that, it’s back to runway-ready.
Because even everyday glam deserves a refresh.

3. Won't my pet just break it?

Highly unlikely.
Our collars are crafted on aircraft-grade stainless steel wire, designed for strength, durability, and everyday confidence. They’re thoughtfully built with bigger dogs and enthusiastic pullers in mind — because beauty should never mean fragile.
You get the sparkle and the structure.
That said, while our collars are made to be strong, we always recommend using proper walking equipment suited to your dog’s training and behavior for maximum safety.

4. Do you make your collars for cats?

We absolutely do — because feline royalty deserves sparkle too.
When crafting a beaded collar for a cat, we thoughtfully space the beads slightly farther apart to minimize rubbing and prevent friction against their delicate fur. The result is a collar that’s as comfortable as it is stunning.
If your cat is already accustomed to wearing a collar, they’ll have no problem upgrading to something far more fabulous.
Because let’s be honest — subtle has never really been their style.

5. How do I choose the right size?

Just like us, every pet is beautifully unique — and the perfect fit makes all the difference.
We recommend measuring your fur baby using our “How to Measure” Guide for the most accurate sizing. Prefer a hands-on experience? You’re always welcome to try sizes at one of our markets or at a retailer that carries POPNCO.

For our slip-on styles, you’ll need two measurements:
• The circumference of the largest part of your pet’s head
• The circumference of their neck where you’d like the collar to sit

This ensures the collar slips on comfortably while resting exactly where it should.
Unlike standard flat collars, our beaded designs gently contour to your pet’s neckline. They can sit like a classic collar or drape like a statement necklace — elegant, comfortable, and eye-catching.
The key is balance: you want it relaxed enough to move beautifully, but not so loose that it slips off when they lower their head.
